I have been confirmed as a student with a confirmation email, but I am unable to download any software or renew software I already have from a previous year. I have sent a report to the support division already and have a ticket, but they have yet to respond, (it's been several days, and the days left are running out). Currently my installed software, Inventor 2023, and AutoCAD 2023, each have 9 days before their trials expire. I can't even download their versions on the products page since every time I try and get a student license serial number to use for these apps, I get sent to the site which only allows me to use the Get Started link, not even Get Products despite being confirmed. The confirmation page will be denied since I am already confirmed. Any help would be appreciated.
