Thank you for your replay
I have the same issue and I have contacted the support service but I didn't got any solution from AVA.
I am having the same issue.
All verification is fulfilled at my Autodesk account. When i open Autocad it offers me a trail which don't make any sense
Btw @Anonymous you aren't helping
Hi @Anonymous @Anonymous @Anonymous,
Just because you are verified doesn't mean you have a license, all it means is that you can request Educational products.
To get AutoCAD for education you need to request AutoCAD from the educational portal which I'll link: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview
Just sign in then click get the product, you will then receive an email saying AutoCAD has been added to your account, from there just login to AutoCAD to activate.
The solution doesnt help, i have same issue i downloaded autocad from that link, however i havent received any email about autocad acess
All done yesteday, i revieded the mail 20min after my registration (which says i have recived 1 year of access)
well, yes i received such email aswell. but when i download autocad and log in, the autocad doesnt recognize my license and it says i can use only program for 30 days
Thanks you
I downloaded Autocad from that link, but I haven't received any email about Autocad access until now.
Hi everyone, I'm having the same issue as well. My Autodesk account has been verified for educational access. After clicking on "Get Product", there were two options to install/download the software. However, I did not receive any emails regarding the software downloaded/installed. After logging in my Autodesk account, there were only 2 options provided to use the software, either by subscribing or start free trial. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.
Hi @Anonymous @Anonymous @Anonymous,
Do the products appear in https://manage.autodesk.com/?
If not then reach out to educational support as the issue is likely a sync issue which means Autodesk needs to look at your account from their side. https://www.autodesk.com/education/support
Hi @leowarren34 ,
The products did not appear in https://manage.autodesk.com/.
I've reached out to educational support and I'm waiting for a response from them.
Hopefully, it gets sorted out quickly.
Thank you @leowarren34
Only AutoCad product not appearing on https://manage.autodesk.com/
I have contacted the support but I didn't receive any response until now.
Are there any thing else to do?
I have got the same problem...And I also wrote to support but they have not answer yet !
Thanks for all of you.
I got an Email with instructions from Autodesk and the problem has been solved.
Regard,
Hi @Anonymous,
You can start a case here: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support, under the remit that your license isn't working - they can then check your account for any sync issues, etc.
I am seeing a similar problem with the free version of AutoCAD 2022. Some students at our university neglect to check their emails after creating a free Autodesk account. As a result, they do not run through the verification steps in the email sent automatically from Autodesk. When they do not, they receive 30-day AutoCAD 2022 trials, instead of 1 year renewable-versions of AutoCAD 2022 that students who read their Autodesk email, and go through the verification steps, get.
Once the email link expires, we cannot find a method for them to request another verification email. I looked at their account options when they login to their Autodesk account and all I could see is a way for them to delete their accounts, but no options to re-send the verification emails. What can students needing 1-year renewable versions of Autodesk products do who miss the verification process?
Thank you in advance for any assistance.
Regards,
Dan
Hi @danunhacad,
In terms of Email verification that should be able to be resent from https://accounts.autodesk.com/
In terms of educational verification that is all done on the website, you can find the link by logging into the edu product page using the Sign In button under the 'Get Started' button. https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview
There should then be a hyperlink allowing you to submit documents for verification.
