Student License for Maya 2020 missing and not received

Hi Autodesk Team,

I'm a 3D animation student and for the last couple of days, I've been trying to get the student license for Maya 2020.  Indeed, i was verified by the SheerID and by Autodesk website as a verified student.  However, I never received the license key via email or on the website.  Instead, I get this error:

'' Your request for an Autodesk Educational License has been received and is being processed. We will send you an email when your license details are available and your Autodesk software can be installed.
Our apologies for this delay.''

I sent an case issue a a couple days ago and got and email reply with the following:

We are sorry for inconvenience caused, and sorry for delay in response, we understand that you ned your serial no.

We see your serial no. has not been generated.

Pleasee follow the following steps to generate the seril no.
1. Log into the Education Community website (http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/featured ) -  Do not Sign In
2. Click on Free Software to visit the Download Center
3. Scroll down to all Products list and choose the product you want to download
4. After selecting the product, click on Sign in button and sign in from middle of the page.
5. Once you verify your eligibility, you will be able to select the product version, language, and OS from the drop-down menus and click Next
6. Read the notice about your serial number and product key and click I understand
7. Make a note of your Serial Number and Product Key – you will need these to activate your license
8. After you install your product, from the Help menu, select Product Registration to register and activate your license

Hope this helps, I appreciate your patience

Best regards,

I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it following those exact steps but unfortunately, and I still have the same issue...

And, when I check my Autodesk Account under ''All Products and Services'' and my version for Maya is now under the 30 day trial version and not the student version...

I linked screenshots of the email I received and the warning I got...
Thank you

Hello @Anonymous,

I have provided the steps & process to verify eligibility for the educational program if you have run through these steps already, then please reach out to the Educational Support Team for further assistance.

How to get access to Educational Software

  1. You need to be enrolled or employed by a Qualified Educational Institution
  2. Create an Account & wait for your verification email from Verify@SheerID.com
  3. To verify that you're eligible to access Autodesk Educational licenses proof of enrollment or employment needs to be provided & uploaded. You have a limited time to provide the documentation. Once uploaded, your document will be reviewed and you'll receive an email within 48 hours to confirm your status.
  4. Then review the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software
  5. Educational Software includes the current version & 3 versions back
  6. After receiving the approved verification email, visit the "Free Software" page it will provide you with all the information you need to download, install & activate, you will also receive an email containing your Serial# & product key,  information will appear in your Autodesk account in 24-72hrs
  7. If you have already selected the product on this page, it is assigned & should also be available in your Autodesk Account under the "All Product & Services" it will appear in your Autodesk account in 24-72hrs

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

Problem on the website : "We're experiencing system issues. Please try again later."

When I log in, the autodesk page gives me an error.
I suppose it's temporary, but it doesn't say anything else and for now I'm waiting for the license to be issued by mail

Hi @Anonymous,

It can just be a process of waiting, I've just tried (I'm a student) and I can request software, so it may be working already.
