Student Installation Not Working

Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to look at my post! I am having troubling downloading Autodesk Maya 2020. I am currently a student trying to download the free 1-year license, but I accidentally downloaded the 30-day trial and did not realize until the last day and I have been on '0 days left of this trial' for quite some time now. I tried re-downloading the app with my uni email and now I am using another uni email (that was also eligible), but it keeps telling me that the installation is complete, but I am unable to locate it on my desktop, finder, dock, or anything on my MacBook Pro. Ultimately the software is the same whether you download with a license before or after installing,

what this means is that the software license isn't on your account;

Go to: https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/maya Request the version you need.

Make sure you get an email with your license details and it will appear in http://manage.autodesk.com/ under products and services.

If they don't appear then reach out to educational support: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support
