student access not being verified

I have a student who is experiencing trouble becoming verified. Can you help with this process?

We are only community members on this forum so we cannot directly accelerate the verification.

Firstly does the document required for verification meet the following:

The document must include:
▪ Your full legal name
▪ The name of the educational institution at which you are enrolled or
employed
▪ A date within the current school term

If not then you will more than likely not pass verification.

What type of document are you submitting?

Can you provide any specific issues with verification?

Does the student ID have an expiration date?

If it does then the next step would be to create a status letter, with the school's letterhead, signed by staff confirming their enrolment and attendance of the student, adding the courses they study would also be a good step - I've been through this process myself and I've had success (and others) with status letters.
