Still have not received student license

Hello,

I downloaded Maya about a month ago on a student license but never received an email with a license. On my account page, I can confirm that my student license has been granted because it says it expires on Nov. 9, 2021, but I cannot find my license anywhere. 

I already contacted support and was directed here...Please can anyone help me?

Hi @Anonymous,

By account page, I assume you mean https://manage.autodesk.com/ - Under Products and Services you will see Maya if it's on your account.

If not then try requesting Maya again from https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

You will receive an email informing you that Maya has been added to your account.

Failing the above then Educational Support will need to resync your account: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support
