software login issue

Steps to reproduce
Stuck in a loop of entering login information into Fusion 360 desktop.


Expected results
login to software and normal use it.


Actual results
always inside the loop about: (click log in -> log in at browser -> wait fusion 360 loading -> show log in button)

Please follow the steps mentioned below: 

 

  1. Reset with the Service Utility
    • Open the Fusion Service Utility. See How to Launch the Fusion Service Utility
    • Select Reset Fusion.  
    • Check the desired options (Keep offline user cache, Keep user credentials).  
    • Select Yes, Proceed.  
    • Fusion will delete the files.
    • Manually restart Fusion.
  2. Create a Team Hub
    Join or create a Team Hub using the Fusion Team Onboarding site. Then try the sign-in process again.

  3. Set the system clock manually:

    • Go to Start > Windows Settings.
    • Select Time & Language.
    • Select the Date & Time tab.
    • Set the Time automatic: On.
    • Set the Time zone automatically: On.
