I know there is a KB article on this. But WHY do we have this happen so often?
This is getting so old having to deal with this every week - it's frustrating for the end users, it makes it look like we've taken away their license.
How about this @Anonymous - instead of shutting down my users, compile the data and send me a daily report and let the users continue to run for another 48 hours to give us time after hours to fix whatever problem exists?
I’m assuming it's a backend issue or their licensing components are just completely broken

@DarrenP - something is becoming broken on the endpoints, because the "Troubleshooting Tool" (Found here) works to fix it.
