I am holding student account for 1 year. Recently, I downloaded and installed the AutoCAD software from the Education Community website. During the downloading phase, I have no options to view the product details. Even in my Autodesk Account also I couldn't find my Products to find my serial number to activate it and also I didn't received "Autodesk upgrade and Licensing information" email. Can you please help me to find my serial number, so that I can able to activate it.
As you mentioned, I have student license. But the purchased product is not available in "All Products and services" tab of my Autodesk account. It is available only in "Trials" tab. This mean I have only access for 30 days?
