serial number not found

I have a student version of autocad 2020 but have not the  serial number. could you Help me please to activate it?

Hi Julio-

Thanks for posting here. You'll need to go through the flow on our Education Community (click Get Products) to activate your educational entitlement after being verified as a student.

As @Anonymous noted, for educational access, you no longer need a serial number, but you do need to be verified for free 1-year access to the Autodesk Education plan, which can be renewed each year that you remain eligible.

Hi @Anonymous 

If you go to your Account Manager you should see Sign IN

https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/

From this there you would only need to use your Autodesk Account sign in to activate your software.
