I'm a design researcher at Autodesk looking to gather some information in efforts to improve the user experience within the Autodesk account portal. In this case we're honing in on administrators, specifically those managing larger teams, to better assist them in their day-to-day tasks.
Admins, what are the action(s) you find yourselves executing most often when managing users within the Autodesk account portal. Would it be helpful to be able to run this action such that it affects multiple users at once?
