revit: cant find a starting logo

Hello, i installed revit, and i cant find a starting logo, I searched all over the computer, tried to reinstall a few times, and still can't find the power on, maybe you know the solution?

What kind of Anti-Virus do you have?

Do you show it in the Windows Start programs list?

I dont have antivirus, excpet windows protection

If you go to the TYPE HERE TO SEARCH and put in Revit do you see it listed

or do you see it listed in your Windows Explorer under Programs? 

And you confirmed it finished installing and showed you the green check mark? 

What happens if you try running the installer again?

When I type in Revit search, it finds Revit viewer, but when I click it, it shows that these programs are not on the computer, I tried a lot together to delete and reinstall revit, did not help, when the installation is complete, a green check mark shows that the program is installed

If this was my PC .. or I was managing it. I would likely do a clean uninstall / use the Microsoft Fix Tool and then download a new installer and install it freeze. 

Making sure I have Admin rights / Anti-Virus - Firewall are off ...

Now I have completely deleted the Revit products, and after disabling Windows protection, I am trying to reinstall.
