Revit 2024 Setup.exe not run

hello everyone

For the 2024 version of Autodesk products, most of my students encountered installation problems. When they click on the Setup.exe file, no program is displayed for installation. I searched in Autodesk FAQ and tried the suggested solutions but none worked. Has anyone here had a similar problem and was able to fix it?

من هم با این مشکل مواجه هستم 

رویت 2024 را نصب کردم ولی بعد از بک مدت دیگه باز نشد 

 الان نمیتونم ان اینستال کنم 

setup.exe هم اجرا نمیشه برای ریپیر

 

روش های زیر رو امتحان کردم ولی جواب نداد

hello, the problem for this one is that you uninstall the revit and dint do a clean uninstall. All you have to do is this:

A.Use window explorer and locate and delete the following folders if they still exist:


1. C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit 2024

2. C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2024

3. C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2024

4. C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2024

 

B. Delete the contents of your Windows Temp folder, but do not delete the Windows Temp folder itself. You can locate the Temp folder by entering %TEMP% in the Address bar of Windows Explorer / File Explorer.

 

C. 

  1. Open the system registry (Windows Start menu > Run > Regedit). Locate and delete the following registry keys as appropriate

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2024
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2024
  2.  Restart the system
  3. Reinstall Revit 2024.

For all Autodesk product versions, I encountered installation issues. once I updated my Windows 11 system. When they click on the Setup.exe file, no program is displayed for installation.

hi,,,

the same problem I encountered but after I format the c drive it works.

i try to install Revit content libraries and encountered the same problem. It really got frustration.

hi

I fix the problem 

1. in start type %temp% and press inter then delete all temp files

2. install "wise care 365" softwre and open ,then click on system cleaner tab and clean all issues

3. install autodesk product

Thank you so much!👍 After trying many other methods, this method work for AutoCAD-2024 installation error in my Windows 11 Laptop. I am happy.😊 My issue is resolved now.

I don't know why this works. I already used ccleaner but it didnt do anything.

Doing that Register Clean did that job.

Downloaded up and attempted the install.  Update reaches 97% and freezes. Downloaded tool from Autodesk site and installed. Rebooted and no display or peripherals.  IT tech discovered ram had issue. As a result of tool. Has anyone else experienced this scenario? What was your solution? I’m losing a week waiting for ram because of this. 😡😡😡

Please clear the cache and ensure you have space in C drive and then install. Thank you
