Hello, after trying to plot a standard and small file, printers have disappeared and Revit 2021 shows a print spooler error with a message: "Windows can't open Add Printer. The local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine."
The same file caused the same issue on a coworker's computer. We have restarted our machines with no fix, and checked that Windows is running print spooler service. We have attempted to use the Control Panel to repair or reinstall, but Revit 2021 is not in the list of programs. Also, it is missing from the Uninstall Tool. When trying to reinstall, unable to do it due to an error that says, "Revit already installed." Installing Revit 2022 is not an option. Please help as we are stumped!
