Revit 2021 - License Manager is not functioning blah, blah, blah

I am administrator for our Autodesk Accounts, and I am prepping for a round of Revit updates.

I've updated my Revit 2021 to the latest version. (Revit_2021_1_10.exe).

AND I have Flex Tokens assign for my use, and received the dreaded "... License Manager is not not functioning..."

I've checked for version of Identity Manager, checked SSO 13.8.6.1806, License Manager 14.2.0.10911, Autodesk Access. etc, etc,  (see below)

I was having difficulties shutting down the running Autodesk Identity Manager... forced it close repeatedly, and it would just pop back up. I finally clicked to ignore the message.

I finally got it to work, but I am certain just how... It finally launch and asked me to sign-in.  That being said, I did have Desktop Connector running, and I was signed in there which is typically enough.

I do wonder why the version of Identity Manger seem goofy. Autodesk account shows 1.0.1.10.9 when I download and run that install I get Version 1.11.9.11 is already installed, and this is what shows in Programs and Features.

AND THEN while authoring this post, I got bold red banner across the top of my browser that said something about error with authentication - or something to that effect. (I checked Autodesk Health Dashboard, but that showed no issue)

Ideas?

So you should have ADSSO for 2021 .. Identity manager is for 2024 and newer.

Do you have all of the Revit updates for 2021?

To get the update for 2021, I had to access Autodesk Assistant bot and eventually a support Agent.

We have currently ran projects ranging all the way from Revit 2019 through 2024.

Are you saying, when we get past certain version we no longer need ADSSO... ?... but instead need Identity Manager?
