Request new student serial number for Maya 2015

My license for the Educational version of Maya 2015 has expired a week ago. After contacting support, I was told to request a new serial number at the Student Community Website. If I attempt to download Maya 2015 again from here, it gives me the exact same serial number and product key that has already expired.

Where can I receive a new serial number?

Performing a Clean Uninstall

I performed a clean uninstall including the licensing storage files located at C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\

After successfully reinstalling Maya 2015, the problem still persists and says my license has expired.
