Received mail advice maintenance plan renewed for Mac complete with Serial No. and Product Key and have download AutoCAD 2016 version. Product key is N/A but cannot enter forward slash so cannot load new version. What to do? Tony

For AutoCAD 2016 the product key is 001H1...

 

Here's a list of the 2016 product keys

 

EDIT: The product key for AutoCAD for Mac 2016 should be 827H1
