Renewed Education License but AutoCad still popping out 'Access Expired

Hello, Im Kenji

I have renewed, I tried 3Ds Max is fine. But only my AutoCad cant seem to access.. I have tried to reinstall thrice but cant seem to access.. I have checked the license expiry date from both 3Ds Max and AutoCad. Only 3Ds Max have updated, AutoCad remained the same

Try resetting the license

I have tried to resetting the license using the link you have sent me. Still facing the same problem.

Even though the name is different from autocad vs 3dsmax. The account is same for both

Hello.

Yes I have renewed my student license and have received the email same as the picture u sent me.

My 3dsmax is working fine and the license have updated. only my auotcad not.

Not sure why. I have tried to reinstall couple times to try to trigger the license but cant seems to work.

Here is a proof that I have renewed the license..

Hmm not sure why is the username different, but i can confirm that the account is same for both.

As u can see the ID is same

Why the 2 different names on the PC? 

This will cause a conflict with the Single User Sign On?

Apparently, I did not make any changes for the username of both.

I installed, log in and that's it.

The username appear different from the time I log in.

Where is the proof? 

I don't see AutoCAD listed

Are these both Educational? 

Thinking your licensing on the PC needs to reset for everything and re-logged into

Yes everything from autodesk is student licensed. All installed using the same account.

Something is off .. 

Especially with all the different names.

Honestly, I'd probably uninstall it all .. or reset it all.  Just my opinion.
