After I restored my Asus computer to an earlier date, it is not allowing me to restart it. At this point my only option is to reset my PC recommended by Microsoft, which will require me to reinstall windows. If this happens I will loose Revit and CAD. Can I reinstall Revit and CAD after I reinstall windows with the same license. I am using the student version. Please let me know because I do not want to loose my Revit and CAD programs

Yes you can reinstall and activate with no issue or impact to your current student license.

Hello @Anonymous,
As @Mark.Lancaster mentioned, you can use the same license without a problem. Just visit your Autodesk Account & use the serial number & product key to activate.
Hopefully, the re-set goes well.

Hello @Anonymous,
Oh sorry to hear that. The license will work on any of your computers, it is not device specific. The license is tied to your Autodesk Account credentials.
Just fyi, when looking for a computer to run your Autodesk software review the Autodesk system requirements & look into the recommended graphics hardware from the manufacturer for the application.
Best of luck, let us know if you have any more questions.
