we failed to register AutoCAD LT 2007 as below error

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..
The 2007 version is 12 years old, retired and no longer supported. In addition serial # of "000-000" is not a true serial #. Where did you get this copy of 2007 version from?

Welcome, I would like to add to this.
Autodesk provides support for the current version & three versions back. Please note that any older unsupported versions can become unavailable at any time & may not function on a newer operating system Windows 10 is not a supported operating system for AutoCAD LT 2007. Please review the system requirements before attempting to download & install.
