Programs for Mac

Hi
I am a MA Interior Design student and I am starting on my finalthesis. I have an Mac Mini 2,6 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 8 GB Memory1TB hard drive. Is it possible for me to download and use RevitArchitecture for my project on my Mac? If not, what other software canI use to make technical drawings, animation and visualisations?
