PRODUCT LICENSE NOT FOUND

I haven't used autoCad for Mac. since December and when I have tried to go on today an icon say Product License not found keeps appearing and shutting Autocad down even though I have subscription until October 2023.

What can I do?

Because there was an issue of user's unable to login which now has been sorted.

Have you seen this:

Try the troubleshooting tool first:

Also make sure the firewall / antivirus are off and test
