product key with a red cross

hi, 

 

I was having problem downloading the the sortware because of the internet connectivity and I tried the next , but unfortunately the prodcut key did not work anymore.

Any help please.

Which product and version are you trying to install? You can check the product keys information here to check if what you have is correct: Look Up Product Keys
