Subscription problem
Last year, we bought 14 versions of the auto-cascade.
This year, we bought 5 more versions - all by subscription.
We can not use the new subscription. How to add it to an existing account?
Not sure if its related to the translated but not sure what auto-cascade is.. Are you referring to AutoCAD? If you bought 14 version last year it would be a subscription too. Is the new qty of 5 purchase under someone else account?
