problem while trying to open autocad

everytime i open my autocad app, a message pops up to me saying : " hmmm cant reach this page chick your connecyion ....." 

but i a, connected very well to the enternet . 

what could i do . how we can fix it ?

Reinstall the latest version of the Autodesk Identity Manager or check your proxy and/or firewall:
