problem installing no error

I download from the site.  I run as administrator. And then I click install.  In 3 seconds i get the first image.  and then 10 seconds latter i get the second image with no error message.

 

My internet connection is fine and worknig properly

i downloaded:  AutoCAD_2016_English_Win_32_64bit_Trial_wi_en-us_Setup_webinstall

 i run as administrator

and it fails in about 10 seconds with no error

 

windows 7 ultimate

none of the above solutions work. I have adequate space and processor power & I downloaded from the autodesk education website.
I still can't get the software to load
