Hi, I have just purchased AutoCAD Lt 2020 and received a product key and serial number. When I enter these to try and activate my licence I have a message that the serial number is incorrect. I have entered the product key and serial number on my Autodesk licence certificate.
Correct me if wrong but all software in 2020 has sign on activation, but if you really need the serial number then it'll be under: http://manage.autodesk.com/
