Possible to assign licenses to a group and its own admin?

Hi Folks

regarding groups, is it possible to create a group of say six users but only assign three licenses and have a group admin who is able to remove and assign the three licenses amongst the six users as needs be?

I know the groups option is new so maybe this is a feature that is coming soon?
