last night(march 12th) I purchased Autodesk sketchbook pro7 and didn't get my serial number and product key.
I searched some faqs and didn't find any information about this problem.
Sure, I did get an e-mail from you but, there ain't no such serial number or product key.
In e-mail I only got a product sku, but it doesn't correspond to the digits of sample.
Like mine is xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx but it seems like a different number. Think it's not a proper number for activation.
What should I do???

I checked your order and it appears that the Fulfillment Failed . There's an internal case open for it so you should be contacted by that team if they need anything additional from you. Once the order is processed you would receive a Serial number to activate with. For your records that case number is 10550681.
