New computer Fusion install fail

Bought a new computer, windows 10, did all the updates, tried everything I could find in the forums regarding methods and troubleshooting to get fusion installed and running, no luck. Attached is the only log file I can find. Folders where other log files are suppose to be do not exist, which seems to point to not fully installed, but the desktop and taskbar icons are present and do not function. Watching ops in the task manager fusion is a blip for a fraction of a second, then disappears. Any help appreciated.

Hello @Anonymous,

Your log indicates "Proxy enabled False" please take a look at the following article to make sure Fusion 360 has the access it needs to properly install, "Ports and Domains required by Fusion 360"
