My autocad doesn't open

Not applicable

I try to open my autocad, and it opens in the loading window and then closes, it doesn't give me any error message. I try what autodesk recommended and also a clean uninstall and it remains the same ... not sure what else to do. I have another Autodesk product and it works perfectly, but AutoCAD does not. help

Hi,

>> I try what autodesk recommended

Can you describe what that way, otherwise we don't know exactly what you might have missed and it's worth to suggest this or not ...

I would start with

  • install updates
  • reset profile
  • start without hardware acceleration (startparameter /SAFEMODE)

AutoCAD version?

Windows version?

PC specs?

Any crash report?

Not enough info for us to diagnose.

When you tried the clean uninstall did you also attempt to clean up leftover junk with CCLEANER or similar?

I also would look at your graphics processor!  You may need a compatible driver and that might come from an update or a roll-back to previous driver?

Keep me posted,

Blaine
