I try to open my autocad, and it opens in the loading window and then closes, it doesn't give me any error message. I try what autodesk recommended and also a clean uninstall and it remains the same ... not sure what else to do. I have another Autodesk product and it works perfectly, but AutoCAD does not. help
Hi,
>> I try what autodesk recommended
Can you describe what that way, otherwise we don't know exactly what you might have missed and it's worth to suggest this or not ...
I would start with
- alfred -
oh yes i mean
i try a clean uninstall
i try rename the cascainfo.cas file
i check the FLEXnet
i navegate to the adskflex_tsf.data
and it still the same
autocad 2021 i also try download the 2020 and still doesn't open
windows 10
procesator Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99 GHz
RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
it uses 64 bits
- i had the 2020 version before and it runned good, i stop using it for a while and then this month i wanted to use it and it doesn' t open-
it doesn't show me any error message it just closes
When you tried the clean uninstall did you also attempt to clean up leftover junk with CCLEANER or similar?
I also would look at your graphics processor! You may need a compatible driver and that might come from an update or a roll-back to previous driver?
Keep me posted,
Blaine
Also follow Dean's instruction at this post for uninstalling...
