Hi @2305amol

Right-click on the setup and "Run as administrator" and see if that helps and also verify if that package is compatible with the AutoCAD version which you are using ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you have any log file(s) from the %temp% folder ?

It looks like the setup program "thinks" the software is already installed.

You should not delete the log files. You should zip the log files and upload to the community, that we can take a look.

Reach out to your 3rd party vendor for support, see the bottom of the page https://www.rulebuddy.com/

Hi @m_latz

This is the only file I have found related to my setup named as "RuleBuddy PlanAssist (CIDCO).log"

Please look into that.

Thanks

See my picture:

I do not know the "oem setup" tool. But I suppose that the uninstall program did not remove everything from your pc, so the criteria to check if the program is already installed are fulfilled.

I would check if really everything is uninstalled/removed with the "uninstaller".

And if I understood right, you are the vendor of the software ?

Maybe you should try CCLEANER or another tool to ensure that all traces are gone after a proper uninstall of the software?

Cheers,

Blaine

You need to do this to remove your old installation, restart your PC, then try again https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-r...
