Hello everyone.
I understand that a single user license gets cloud service benefits such as A360 Drive, Rendering, Insight, etc. depends on the product we purchased.
What about multi-user license? If I purchased 30 multi-user licenses for 100 people, can I assign the cloud benefits to 100 users? Is there any documentation about it? (thank you @Steve_Johnson for the example).
Thank you,
Edwin

No you can't. You can only assign the qty of license benefits that you have.. So if you have 30 multi-user seat you can only assign it to 30 users.

Product & Service Seats - For single-user subscriptions, you can provide access to all of the products and services included in your subscription through user management. You can assign one product seat to a user for every seat purchased, which will allow the user to access the product you’ve assigned them to, as well as any cloud services that are included with the product. For multi-user subscriptions, any user on your network can check out a seat that you’ve purchased. You can leverage user management to assign users to any cloud services that are included in your multi-seat subscription. For every multi-user seat you purchase, you can assign three users to any cloud services that are included with your subscription.
Support Seats - For both single and multi-user subscriptions, you can assign access to support (email and chat) to up to 6 users for every seat purchased.

Follow-up question...
If I have 10 x multi-user AEC Collection licenses and have assigned Infraworks to 30 people, can I have 10 people working on Revit and 30 people working on Infraworks? This would mean I am using 40 licenses instead of 10, so I'm guessing no. But how to restrict that? Since Infraworks is cloud-based, I cannot include it in the options file - or can I?

Hi !
Not allowed but no restriction access
Cloud Services assignment (multi user only): as a benefit to facilitate cloud service administration (essentially to prevent the admin from un-assigning and assigning users in a shared network environment), the Admin may assign up to 3 Named Users to cloud services for every 1 seat (a 3:1 ratio). Note that this facilitation does not allow more than 1 user per seat to access the cloud service at the same time. Access should still be limited to the # of seats/ licenses
But Autodesk can of course check the number of simultaneous access...
Best regards

Infraworks is based solely on your autodesk account permissions it does not look for a license file

So that's a third different reply today. According to my colleague, Infraworks needs both an AEC license (from the network) and a named user assignment; according to an Autodesk agent I chatted with, Infraworks is NOT a cloud-based product and uses only an AEC network license; and according to you, it only uses the named user entitlement. So which one is it? And if it is only named user assignment-based, then how can one restrict the usage if potentially 3x as many people as licenses can access it? Or is the burden with the CM? How can this be enforced in practice, is there an equivalent of an Options file?
I wish someone more knowledgeable from Autodesk could weigh in.
