Hello @Anonymous,

I understand you need to stop running Monitor.exe. Please run through these steps.

 1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete

 2. Open Task Manager

 3. Locate Monitor.exe

 4. Select button "End Task"

OR

  1. Windows Start > in the search type command promptaste
  2. Paste > "Taskkill /f /im monitor.exe"  then press enter
  3. Press the 'Ok' button in the installation window

Please let us know how it goes. Smiley Happy

I have tried both of these methods and neither has worked. It is not in task manager and I have done the second method multiple times and it still refuses to work.

Sometimes you will find it as registry_monitor or sometime like that. To make sure just make right click when you find the file on the task bar and the click on open file location. It will open a explorer window showing monitor.exe.  If you see the monitor.exe as I said. Just go back to the taskbar and then make click on registry_monitor and then make click on end task
