Hello,
I have installed and signed in to Maya LT 2017 on my Mac. It runs fine when I'm on WiFi. If I don't have an internet connection the software won't open. I get an error that says "Connect to the Internet - You must go online to continue. Please connect now."
I have tried rebooting, signing in and out of Maya, and reinstalling the software multiple times. I also tried the Update 2 version. None of this has fixed the issue, though. I am now traveling and haven't been able to use Maya LT since I purchased a month subscription on Thursday.
Is there some setting I'm missing? Any tips? Thanks!

I had found the first link when researching this error on my own. It appears to only apply to 2014 and 2015 versions. I am attempting to use 2017. I installed it anyway, to no avail.
I read through the second link but didn't really see any pertinent info. I'm not part of a team and have already downloaded & installed the software.
The third link only contains information for Windows users, but I am on a Mac.
Hello @Anonymous,
If you are using a download now or install now you want to try a more effective method called browser download via the Autodesk Virtual Agent. It will have you download the install files allowing you to install directly with these files on your computer.
I hope this answered your question or resolved the issue, if so please click Kudos or the "thumbs-up!" Did my response help resolve the issue? Please "Accept As Solution" to help others in the community.

Hello @cedcedced,
Sorry about that. Please review this link to Establish an Internet Connection to continue error on Mac OS X.
Also every 30days, you should be connected to the internet at some point to verify your license & use the software.
Thank you.
