Maya license not registering

I just tried launching Maya and I'm getting a license error box appear.  I would like to know if there are any other possible solutions before I end up having to reinstall the program. 

I've included a screenshot of the message box that appears.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks for replying.   I suspected that I needed to reinstall Maya but with a faint hope that perhaps there was another solution I had my fingers crossed.
