I'm a student with an approved student license for Maya. I've been trying for three days now to install Maya, but it will not install. I've even been on live chat tech support with an Autodesk rep trying to find help, and nothing they directed me to do has solved my issue. I was told they'll get back to me via email. That was on Thursday.
What happens: I attempt to download Maya, and the installer will install Autodesk Desktop App on my PC, but it will fail installing Maya. It gets to around 4% installation before it rolls back to 0 and tells me that Maya Essentials 2020 failed to install and to reload the installer to try again.
Solutions I've tried: Downloading from "Install Now" and "Browser Download" options. Downloading from different browsers. Uninstalling and deleting all previous installation files, cleaning my PC registry, restarting PC, and then attempting a clean install from a different location. Tried installing to both C drive and D drives. Same error every time. It fails each time.
I'm at my wits end here. Tech support told me they would get back to me via email but I've heard nothing. I'm going to fall behind in my class and probably have to drop it if I cannot get this program installed on my PC since I cannot complete any assignments or follow along the labs online without it.

To analyze your problem we need the installer log files from your %temp% folder. Please zip/rar/7zip the log files and upload here.
