We are an ATC center, until now when we installed licenses in our laboratory computers we only needed to log in once the software was installed, then it was not necessary to have the session started to open 3DS Max.
Now when installing the new version 3DS Max 2021 it is mandatory to have logged in to the application to open 3DS Max.
The problem is that the account with which we log in is the administration of the software download center and any user can access the account from the autodesk desktop app.
We have created a user and assigned the 3DS Max product to him, but when logging in with this user, the assigned product does not appear and he cannot open it.
What can we do?.

Hello @trazosnet,
Thanks for posting.
First, please sign into the Admin Autodesk Account, install all product updates & the latest
Autodesk Licensing Service Update & Single Sign On Component (2020 & up). Then restart the computer and test the product. These updates have improved the login experience.
It seems you have a single-user multi-seat license type, correct? Please share a screenshot or explain if there is an error or exactly step-by-step what occurs.
If so, it is designed to have users login when the application launches, they should be presented with the Login window & sign-in. If not, please have them launch the application & look for the "Username" drop down (top right), select "Manage License" then "Change Licence Type" this will allow you to switch users.
Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.
