LT subscription - internet connection issue

I downloaded the AutoCAD LT subscription service (vs 2014).  Saved .exe file to server and successfully downloaded the program to a specific computer in the office that will be using the subscription service.  But when I try to open the program I get a message saying I need an internet connection, which we DO have. See screen shot.

As the manager of the account do I somehow need to assign access to that specific computer?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you try applying the poodle hotfix to try to rectify this? Also you may want to try disabling your antivirus software.
