Logging in with new account issue

I am an educator that requires all of my students to sign up for an AutoDesk account.  Recently, I had a student sign up for a student account under the education plan.  He emailed me that night to tell me that everytime that he goes to log in, he gets a message that states "your account cannot be processed at this time."  I have included a screenshot of the message at the bottom of this post.  I have chatted with AutoDesk on two seperate occasions about this problem, with no solution to be found and they suggested that I post a comment here.  The student cannot log into the account.  If he tries to create a new account, using his school email, he gets an error message stating that an account has already been created using this email address.  However, AutoDesk has no record of that email address being used in their system.  He did recieve a verifcation email, when he signed up for the account and according to him, did verify his account in a timely manner.  If he hit the forgot password button, the same message about his account not being about to be processed comes up.  Short of having him sign up for a new account with his personal email, what can be done to fix this problem.

If you run into any issues regarding account verification for Educational software the Educational Support Team should be able to look into this for you and provide assistance if the student is eligible.
