Licensing issues

Hi,

I have autocad Lt, my license has run out and my company has purchased a new one but every time i have tried to activate it, it just goes into a loop by returning me to the "serial no" entry screen

any idea

Your contract manager for your subscription has to assign the use of the product to you..  Just because your company subscribe to a new subscription doesn't mean its automatically assigned to you.  In addition the use of the new subscription/product was actually assigned to the Autodesk Account that is designated as the contract manager for your subscription.  So that person needs to log into their Autodesk Account, edit their access and unassigned the license from their account and then assign it to you.
