Licenses maxed out

As a group, we have 5 licenses installed on separate laptops. One laptop is no longer available. I need to install AutoCAD & Inventor on a new laptop but during the activation, I get an error indicating we have maxed out on the number of licenses. How can I access the "missing" licnense?

If you're seeing a activation max limit there's nothing you can do except contacting the Autodesk Activation Team
