License problem

When I open autocad on my computer, the download stops at the step of the license and it says to me that my license is not valid. In my email confirmation, they ask me to put the license somewhere but i can't find the place.

Where do I have to put my license on autocad or autodesk to make it work?

I need help!

It looks like you need to find out more about downloading or re-downloading software, or are having issues that may be resolved by re-downloading.
