License no longer available error

Hello

Has someone actually got the problem solved?

I have been in contact with support and community support and this only made it worse.

I have tried to run reset_login_win script, I have uninstalled all Autodesk products from my computer and then reinstalled it.

After this it seemed to work, but after a few weeks the problem is back AND worse.

Now I cant even login because the login button in AutoCAD LT doesn´t show anything?

I am able to login to Autodesk Desktop App.

Have you seen the following AKN article about this error:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-...

On this AKN page, there is a troubleshooting form. Have you seen this

https://autode.sk/32xqOyu

We want to make sure you have the Licensing update installed:

Direct link to the update:

AdskLicensingInstaller-win-12.1.0.7121 installer file.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/sites/default/files/file_downloads/AdskLicensingInstaller-win-12.1.0....

We also want this update:

We also want to make sure all of the Autodesk updates showing in the Autodesk Desktop app are installed .. for both AutoCAD and Autodesk products (licensing)

But also make sure you have full access to the required sites:

And the problem with not being able to login from AutoCAD LT seems like a local software issue.

When i click on my name there is only a tiny little white dot?

See attached picture.

Today my IT-support tried to turn off Zscaler and check firewall/antivirus but nothing seems to be blocked.

When I check in Desktop app I can´t see AutoCAD LT but Autodesk Web (where I doesn´t seem to have a valid license anymore) so maybe the license manager staff missed to renew my license and it ended 31 December 2022? Im quite sure it was there before christmas but I have had license problems for so long now that I don´t reflect on whats actually show up I guess.

I have had to login every time I open AutoCAD since I upgraded to LT2020.

I tried to contact my license manager to make sure I actually have a valid license, but they he is on vaccation.

Do you show the software in your Autodesk Account Manager?

Make sure it's assigned to you. If this isn't in the account manager you'll have these issues

Also, make sure your IT gives you access to the URLs I shared, not just turn off the Zscaler and Firewall

Hello

I have now checked that I have a license and it is active.

I will try to find time to uninstall and delete all Autodesk software a second time to see if that solves my problems.

@Mathias.SmedbergWLTN6?, I'd recommend you to go through this for uninstalling.

It seems like I "fixed" the problem by uninstalling all Autodesk products and removing every folder named "Autodesk" from the computer before installing AutoCAD LT 2023. It worked but after I installed all updates it was broken again. I then did the installation of AutoCAD LT again and now it works. In Autodesk Desktop App I have the update for Single Sign On from Oct 21, 2022 but im afraid if I install that it will break again. I don´t have time to mess around with this anymore but it could be that update that break the login for me.

EDIT: I didn´t delete anything from the register.
