Issues updating and re-installing Fusion 360

Having issues updating and re-installing Fusion 360. I am a teacher of design and technology.

@Anonymous Scott, the logs shows that you are on version 2.0.6231 which is the version from our August,2019.

 

  1. Is this installed on your lab machines at school? 
  2. Do you know if you updated Fusion 360 recently?
  3. Have you tried to uninstall the produce completely and re-install again? 

We will not update from that version to the new one automatically? The log also shows this - SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED. I will try to find out more on that but would be great to see if you have uninstalled the build and are able to install a fresh install of Fusion 360.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I did used the Fusion 360 uninstaller.

Ive also tried using wifi, 4g etc.

Are you trying to install the Education version (the admin install) of Fusion that was provided through your School/university? Can you also let me know when was the last you installed Fusion on your machine?
