Cannot install free trial without serial number

I downloaded and began to install the free trial of Moldflow Adviser, but the installation requires a serial number.  There is no option to bypass the screen with a login.  Also, a serial number was not sent to me in an email. I tried finding a different installer for the free version on the Autodesk website, but I keep getting the same one with the same issue.

Do you have a Network License? 

That's what you're trying to set up. If it's trial you shouldn't need that

Also, what are you showing in your account manager?

@mdavis22569 Thank you for reaching out.  I do not need the server edition. Unfortunately,  the stand-alone installer requires the serial number as well.  I searched in the "manage products and services" in my account.  Mold Advisor doesn't show up anywhere.

In your Account manager are you still showing a serial number or does it say SIGN IN now?

@mdavis22569 I'm not sure what you are referring to in the account manager. I've signed into the Autodesk account as shown in the attached screenshot.  There is no serial number shown for Moldflow in this area.

He is trying to install the trial version, I don't think he has a license.

Correct, that's why I mentioned that he can't trial 2020 ... only the current version.

He would only be able to do 2021 ... but I have him the 2020 just in case he has subscription

I think you are mixing up threads, you never said any of these things here?

I just tested the download, 2020 isn't available (yet?) so I downloaded the 2019 free trial and have the same problem, it needs a serial number to activate.

Thank you to @mdavis22569 and @Anonymous  for your feedback.  I found the answer to installing the free trial in the following article. A serial number for the trial is provided. 

1. Serial Number (for trial license only😞 xxx-xxxxxxxx
2. Product Key:
   • 2018 release - 572J1
   • 2019 release - 572K1

if you needed a serial number and key .. that's not the "typical" 30 day trial that we ( I ) meant.  You can trial any new version of Autodesk software for 30 days.
