To whom it may concern,
I am having trouble downloading the autoCAD software system. I download the software, clicked the link and up popped up the autoCAD software to download. I clicked the download button but after that nothing appear. I clicked again 1 hr later and the message "Another installation is already in progress. Wait until its completed and try again" keeps popping up. Nothing is installed in my computer yet, so i cannot uninstall the software system. So i deleted anything to do with autoCAD or autodesk and re-downloaded it again. The message keeps appearing but there is nothing downloaded or downloading on my computer in regards to autodesk. Please see the photo attached of error message.
