inventor 2019 stu download stopped at 25/37.

I'm going to take a test for the Inventor 2019 version, so I'm going to erase the 2020 version and reinstall the 2019 version.
However, the download has been stopped for an hour from 4.64GB (25/37, autodesk inventor 2019 language pack)  **For your information, I am Korean.
Before this, I had maintained my average Internet download speed of 10mb/s.

Is it a problem with download server? Or is it a problem with my computer's?

I think I completely deleted the 2020 version, but I don't know what the problem is.

Use the browser download method instead as it tends to be more reliable.

thank you for your solution, but i failed that solve this problem, so i did reinstall window 🙂
