invalid serial number CFD 2016 (student)

Hi I am trying to activate CFD 2016 (Student License).

 

The serial number displayed (same as emailed to me) is not recognised and so I can't activate CFD.

 

I have other Autodesk Software installed ok:

 

Autocad 2017

Inventor 2017

Nastran in CAD 2017

 

These installs are immediately  after reinstalling windows.

 

Please could some one advise me om what to do.

It looks like you're getting an "Invalid Serial Number” message or having trouble with your product key while trying to register and activate your Autodesk software. The following article(s) should help you resolve the problem:

And check Error: "Invalid serial number" (standalone activation)

For product key information: Finding Serial Numbers & Product Keys

If you’re having an issue with your product key, please make sure that you are using the correct one for your product (especially if your product comes from a suite). Finally, you should type then numbers and letters in. We do not recommend copy/paste.

There are many different "flavors" of CFD...  Are you sure you have downloaded and installed the correct application and version?  This is a peer to peer network where users are assisting other users like yourself.  We have no access to your information and/or troubleshoot issues related to your serial #.  If all the information is correct and you are still having an issue than you need to contact the Autodesk Educational Support Team.

 

In addition do not post any personal information such as your serial # here.
