Can anyone help to solve this installation issues? I did follow all the possible trouble shooting guide available on Autodesk.com and nothing seems to work for me. Firewall and internet security software is turned off. All C++ redistributed libraries where uninstalled. Windows 10 up to date with all patches. Same error for all possible versions of CFD (2016, 2017, 2018).
Attached log file from last try.

Your installation is failing on to update netframe 3.5 SP1 and although you were probably unaware of this, but when you post or share stuff here, please make sure it doesn't include your personal information such as your serial #. This is a world wide user forum and that type of info should not be included in your posting. Granted the installation log file helped us to determine your root cause (but it did contain your serial #)... So in the future remove or blur it out before posting. I will have the moderator remove it in order to protect your information.
As far as I know CFD is not supported under Windows 10.
At this time I would recommend that you bypass netframe 3.5 SP1 by modifying the installation setup.ini. But at this point you are using the web installer which fails more than those times it installs. Meaning you can't modify the setup.ini since there's no software media on your machines. Go into your Autodesk Account and change the download method to browser download or download manager. For the browser download make sure to take note of the # of parts that will be downloaded and make sure your browser's popup blocker is not enabled.

Which line in Setup.ini should i modifi to skip the .NET 3.5 SP1 installation and what should it look like
@Anonymous
Make a copy of the setup.ini. Rename the copy to setup.txt and attach it here. Each product has their own setup.ini syntax so its not just an easy thing to point to.
